Vintage 1960's original Gunne Sax by Jessica San Francisco dress. Satin-look fabric with delicate lace puffed sleeves. Sleeves trimmed with six pearl buttons and the same crocheted lace trim that's around the horseshoe neckline and floor length hem. Empire waistline has tie back belt, curved darted bust and back zipper closure. (tie goes in back not as shown in picture)
