Vintage 1940's polka-dot dress with puff sleeves. Red velvet trim around jewel neckline and sleeves. Original vintage buttons for back closure. A couple of small holes and some wear at seams, fabric is rayon with vertical stripe pattern. A great piece for re-production or theater.
