Vintage late 1970's long length ruffled dress in rich Copper color. Elastic off-the-shoulder neckline with tiered ruffle bib. Skirt has 10" ruffled bottom hem. 100% polyester. Very lightweight and flows beautifully. Garment is in very good condition.
