Vintage Southern Belle Dress.
Baby blue with white lace cap sleeves and ruffle on skirt. Shoulders and skirt are both accented with a baby blue bow. Fitted waist and fuller skirt. Zips closed in back. Rayon acetate blend. There are some spots; otherwise in good condition. Sold as is. Would make a great costume.
Size measures: 36" bust, 28" waist, 47" length
