1940's Feed Sack Quilt, patterned in the Dresden Plate, with scalloped variation on plates. Six, maybe seven plates are in very good condition, ready to be recycled into another project. The actual handquilting in this 100% cotton item is way above average: quilter used the French cross forche to quilt plain areas between applique. She also quilted little squares in plates' centers and added interest to plain borders by quilting in a continual chain.
Condition: Very good to badly torn.
