Vintage 1940's Emerson Radio & Phonograph N.Y. U.S.A. Name is stamped below the radio dial. Radio cord is in good shape and the radio comes on but couldn't get a station to come in clear enough, possibly no antenna. Wood is decoratively curved with Bakelite knobs. The most interesting thing is the note taped on the back: This radio bought Oct 30 1942 Houston, TX - Star Furniture to hear Pres. Roosevelt. Good condition.
