With a pointed velvet collar and velvet trim around the two tiered skirt that splits up the back. There are two rows of three decorative buttons in the back. Skirt gathers in diagonal pleats at the hips. Three quarter sleeves. Comes with original belt. Zips closed in back. Comes fully equipped with shoulder pads. Rayon. Great condition.
