Vintage 1960's mod neon floral belted shift in crisp white, hot pink, black and green. Made in the U.S.A by Elegant Miss. 55% Rayon 45% Cotton. Peaked open collar. Rear zipper closure. Delicate darting at chest. Length hits slightly above the knee. Matching square buckle petite belt creates a cinched waist. Light discoloration at underarms and interior collar, cleanable.
