Early 1900 Edwardian Parlor Pillowcase with vivid silk threaded embroidery in the center. An oval-shaped pillow face of gathered and puckered silk pieces of faded cranberry red. Never used, yet somewhat aged with two small water stains. It still bears the purchase tag which reads: made in France. Interfaced with crinoline and backed with faded red cotton.
Size: Oval is 25" long, 17" at widest.
