Vintage 1940's ultra-fine houndstooth skirt suit in delicate black and white. Made in the U.S.A by Edith Small Originals out of California. Imported cotton blend exterior. Acetate blend interior liner. Rounded peak collar with triangle inset. Cuffed sleeves with button accent. Black piping on collar and cuffs. Five button front closure with cutaway detail. Front v-slash pockets. Shoulder pads and light pading throughout creates structure. Pencil skirt, with side zipper and hook/ snap waist band, sits at natural waist and hits above the ankle. Rear kick pleat. Slight discoloration at interior collar. Fantastic condition.
Size: Small measures 38" at underarm, will fit 34" bust. Skirt waist 27".
