Short sleeve button up blouse has a sweetheart neckline, princess seams, fitted waist with a flare, and shoulder pads. Skirt is pleated on top with a banded waist. Zips closed in back. Both pieces are uniquely decorated with handmade lace and embroidery. Cotton. Excellent deadstock condition.
