1930's Black Widow Faille Dress. Modest Peter Pan velvet collar tops this dress that hooks together down the front. Tapers to torso and has a drop waist with gathers over hips. Front velvet flaps are faux pockets. Faille is solemn and lustrous. No tears or stains. In very good condition.
