Vintage 1940's Perfect Picnic Dress.
Maroon, blue, green, and black plaid accents along the 3/4 sleeves, as well as two self covered buttons and the collar on the open V-neckline. Ties around the waist with a sash. A-line skirt that flows and shines. Closes down the front with a metal Seal zipper. A few spots on the skirt; otherwise in good condition. Rayon acetate blend.
