Silky navy blue with a watercolored-like image of a village that runs down one side of the bodice like a sash. Half peplum skirt in front. Keyhole closure in back. Closes on side with a brass Walde zipper. Attach own belt. Comes with shoulder pads. Rayon blend. Great condition.
