Late 1950s summer garden party dress. Heavy ivory cotton with shimmery gold acrylic piping around the V neckline and on the two chest panels, coming together in a bow. Dress has two large darts in the front that meet with the natural waistline for a fitted look. Zips up the side of waist and has two belt loops, but no belt. Flaired skirt detailed with elegant copper and gold floral pattern. A small bit of fraying on the right shoulder and a few specks of rust around the waistline, but they blend in smoothly! An eyecatching piece! Good condition.
