By Original Franklin label. Made with medium weight rayon blend in midnight black. Fully lined in matching rayon. Super fun squared arm holes and princess seams meet a matching flower ribbon belt at the natural waistline. Pencil skirt is made up entirely of petaled lace layers. Jewel neckline and three quarter length sleeves. 22" center back lapped zipper. In excellent condition.
