Womens Dresses Pre- 1960's 13031

Stunning Antique 1920's velvet dress in black. Incredibley well made interior full length slip with snap and hook & eye closures. Left shoulder interior and exterior double layer snaps. Left side seam and dual sash snaps. Layered bodice has fixtures both inside and out to create an open box pleated draping to the exterior fabric. Oversized velvet bow at boat-neckline adds central interest. Alluring ornate beading on the left bust, sleeve cuffs and wrap around waist. Featuring lines, swirls, flowers & circles. Sleeves have outer full, three quarter length layer, atop very tightly fitting full length skinny sleeves with delicate snap closure at cuffs. Skinny sleeves have been purposely torn at underseam for a better fit. Could be repaired or taken out depending on desired look and function. Velvet is in impeccable condition with only one small area on front beneath waist with abrasion, barely noticible. Unbelievable, rare piece in outstanding condition.
No Tag Size, measures 40" at underarm, will fit 36" bust. Sleeves measure 22" at shoulder seam to cuff. 36" waist and 46" overall length.
