Bright green dress with large rounded collar. One box pleat in front. Gold cut-out belt loops. Zips closed in the back. Fully lined. Textured woven medium weight polyester cotton blend. There is some rust on the belt loops, belt, and one rust spot on the front of the dress; otherwise in great condition.
