Vintage 1950s The White House dress by Raphael Weill & Company, San Francisco. Black velvet and rose plaid taffeta formal dress is stunning! Transitional forties/fifties cut features scalloping at the armholes and at the charming V neck. Bodice is net-lined with very full skirt. A tiny bit of un-noticeable water discoloration on skirt and a few frayed threads at right arm, still in great condition and a beautiful vintage piece.
