Rare Antique broad-cloth cotton underskirt in winter white. Victorian era peice in outstanding shape. Dual layer with multiple flat tiering. Imported lace insert and frosted hemlines. Originaly a drawstring waist recently replaced with elastic and hook & eye closure. One spotted/abrased area on rear at left lower seam. Not visible when worn and cleanable. Unbelievable condition.
