Dreamy Victorian Slip Small

Rare antique broad-cloth cotton underskirt in winter white. Victorian era piece in outstanding shape. Dual layer with multiple flat tiering. Imported lace insert and frosted hemlines. Originally a drawstring waist recently replaced with elastic and hook and eye closure. One spotted area on rear at left lower seam. Not visible when worn and cleanable. Unbelievable condition.
