Sheerly charming. A beautiful example of 1930's garment architecture, this is a vision in black nylon mesh, visually striking with scalloped contrast collar and cuffs of cream nylon. Ankle-length a-line skirt is finished at lower hem with several rows of horizontal pintucked pleats, which add a pleasing weight and swing to the already graceful line of the dress. Center front bodice opening features five glass buttons surrounded by rows of vertical pleats, and more pleating at shoulder caps complete the remarkable details. There is a tiny repair just beside the side waist opening, barely noticeable. A slip is definitely required! Bust measures 32, waist 26, hips 34. An exceptional find!
