Vintage 1950's Hand Painted Wrap Skirt. By Creaciones Eslava label, made in Mexico. Jet black cotton velvet with scenery of cacti and bullfighters around bottom half of skirt in brilliant colors. Decorated with sparkling sequins. Full circle cut, fastens at side with double eye hook and ties in back. Slightest thinning of velvet at very top crease of waistband, in gorgeous condition.
