1960's Macy's Beaded Lambswool/Angora Cream White Cardigan. Jewel neckline, open-front seater applied with gorgeous melon pearl sequins, Japanese seed beads, and tiny, steel-gray rocailles.
An orignal and innovative floral design
flows down the front and all around the bottom of sweater. Lined in 100% silky rayon for greater breatheablility. Closes with hooks and eyes deeply inset into a grossgrain ribbon facing.
A few bead strands could be thread-tightened, otherwise, this piece is in mint condition.
Size: Medium. Tagged as 40; however, the exact bustline measurement of cardigan, 38" around. From center back neckline to end of cuff, 28 1/2" long. From center back neckline to bottom end of sweater, 24" long. Measurement around bottom of sweater, 32". All measurements done without any horizontal stretching.
